A silicone rubber tube plug must suit the tube's internal profile and the condition of its cut end. Custom NBR, Neoprene, EPDM and silicone options allow material selection to follow the application, while the body dimensions can be tailored to the bore. Choose the finished compound for actual fluid contact and environmental exposure.
Inspect the tube end before installation. An uneven cut, internal ridge or burr may interfere with a plug that otherwise matches the nominal bore. The inserted length should provide the intended engagement without reaching a bend or internal obstruction. Check whether the outer portion remains accessible once the tube is mounted beside other components.
Fit the plug straight and observe whether the tube or rubber deforms unevenly. If the tube is flexible, evaluate the pair together rather than treating the bore as a rigid opening. During maintenance, examine the plug where the tube edge contacts it and remove any debris before refitting. Replace damaged parts instead of relying on deeper insertion to compensate for a worn contact region.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The inserted length should provide the intended engagement without reaching a bend or internal obstruction. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
