Custom rubber bushes provide a molded interface whose inner and outer dimensions need to suit the connected parts. Structure, material, hardness, and color can be adapted to the assembly. For a vibration-related application, the rubber geometry and installed loading must be considered together.
Measure the outer seat, center passage, and required axial length as separate features. The bush should reach its intended position without being trapped against a shoulder that the profile does not accommodate. The surrounding hardware must support the rubber while allowing the movement established by the design.
Evaluate the complete assembly under its normal load and operation. A bush's material name or softness alone does not define vibration reduction. During fitting, avoid cutting the outer edge or twisting the body into place. Secure the connected components using their intended hardware arrangement. Maintenance should include inspection for displacement, cracking, or a lasting change in shape. Replacement bushes need the correct material and both mating profiles so that the original support and movement relationship is retained.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
