Match the attachment and installation method
Rubber bushings with iron elements should be selected through both the rigid interface and the flexible working section. The custom inner and outer profiles need to match the connected parts. Axial length and the surrounding hardware determine how the bushing reaches its final installed position.
Identify which surfaces locate the iron portion and which support the rubber. The hardware should not clamp a region intended to flex or leave the rigid connection partly seated. Allow the clearance required for the movement established by the equipment design.
Choose the compound for the actual temperature and contact environment. Install through the specified method and evaluate the complete assembly under normal loading. During maintenance, inspect the rubber near the rigid transitions and check the connection for movement. Replace with the matching iron and molded geometry rather than selecting a similarly sized rubber sleeve. The full bushing construction needs to preserve the original load path and flexible interface between the connected components.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
