A silicone keypad with silkscreen printing adds visible legends to a molded rubber control surface. The printing and key geometry should be developed together so each symbol fits the area exposed by the equipment housing. Custom size and color choices allow the keypad to follow the intended interface.
Check the smallest key first when reviewing legend size. A symbol that reads well on a large button may become crowded on a narrow face or near a curved edge. Leave space around the printing so the housing does not visually cut into it. Compare contrast under the lighting in which the control will normally be used.
The print position also needs to remain consistent with the key's function after assembly. Verify the entire layout against the board and enclosure before operation. For care, use a cleaning method compatible with the selected ink and silicone finish rather than abrasive rubbing. Inspect frequently touched keys for changes in readability alongside their mechanical response. Replacing a keypad should preserve the correct legend arrangement, not only the shape that fits into the housing.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
