A conductive numeric keypad combines custom rubber push buttons with the contact arrangement used by the device. Develop the key positions around the intended number layout and underlying circuit. The visible spacing should let the user enter a sequence without repeatedly changing grip or crossing unrelated controls.
Trial several representative number sequences on the assembled interface. Check that each key returns before the next input and that an off-center press does not move a neighboring button. The pad should remain aligned after the housing and board are secured; a loose sample cannot reveal every source of rubbing or preload.
Choose the finished rubber for the handling and environmental conditions. Electrical response needs assessment with the intended circuit and contact design, without assuming a resistance or switching rating from the conductive description alone. Keep the contact side clean during assembly. If an input becomes intermittent, examine both the moving key and its contact alignment before applying extra pressing force. Numeric entry depends on consistent release and clear separation between successive actions.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
