Rubber laser etching keypads provide electronic buttons with tailored surface markings. The legend layout needs to correspond to the part of each key that remains visible through the finished housing. A clear symbol on an unassembled keypad can become partly hidden when the bezel overlaps its edge.
Position each legend with the enclosure opening in view, and review the actual finished scale rather than a magnified artwork. Keep enough margin for normal key movement so text does not appear to disappear beneath the housing during a press. For a group of similar functions, consistent symbol alignment can help the user scan the controls without making every key identical.
Check an assembled sample under the intended lighting and approach angle. If the design includes illumination, assess the etched construction with the complete light arrangement. During care, wipe the visible surface without scraping narrow legend details. When a key catches at the housing, correct the mechanical interference instead of trimming the marked surface, which can change both the usable shape and the intended identification.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
