Product Overview

Silicone Bands provide a flexible format for personalized wristbands, with custom size, Pantone colors and logo options. The band should be developed around the intended wearing fit as well as the information it carries. A visually appealing design still needs enough room to pass over the hand and sit comfortably at the wrist.

Consider the internal circumference, width and wall profile together. A wider band can display more artwork but changes the area in contact with the wrist. A smaller circumference should not rely on excessive continuous stretch to stay in place. Trial representative sizes with the intended users and handling, rather than selecting fit from a flat artwork dimension alone.

Plan the logo or message around the curved surface. Keep essential information away from details that become difficult to see when the band bends, and check the readability of the chosen contrast at actual size. When several colors are used for different versions, retain a clear association between the intended size and its artwork so color alone does not become an unreliable fit guide.

During repeated use, clean the band using a method appropriate to its finished material and let it dry before wearing or storage. Avoid stretching it across sharp objects when removing it. Inspect narrow or highly flexed regions for tears, and discontinue use of a damaged band rather than extending a split with further pulling. The personalized design should remain practical to handle throughout normal wearing and removal.

Material options
Custom silicone formulation and color for the specified shape and working environment.
Hardness range
20–80 Shore A for silicone. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: Keep essential information away from details that become difficult to see when the band bends, and check the readability of the chosen contrast at actual size.
Custom profile & fit
Consider the internal circumference, width and wall profile together.
Assembly considerations
The band should be developed around the intended wearing fit as well as the information it carries.
Design check
Trial representative sizes with the intended users and handling, rather than selecting fit from a flat artwork dimension alone.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
