Match the attachment and installation method
Custom silicone prototype keypads should be evaluated with the circuit and contact arrangement intended for the finished product. The molded key geometry controls movement, while the selected conductive feature and mating surface establish the electrical interface. A loose keypad trial cannot represent every condition of the completed control.
Dimensions, colors and marking options allow the prototype to follow the layout. Define the resting gap, key travel and locating features with the housing and support. Keep artwork placement coordinated with the mechanical key centers.
Check representative presses across the assembled keypad, including offset inputs and release after holding a key. Inspect whether the sheet shifts or neighboring keys move unexpectedly. Keep conductive contact areas clean during assembly and avoid stretching the silicone to force alignment. If response differs between positions, review circuit location and local support before changing individual keys. Any adjustment to the housing or board spacing should be included in the next relevant prototype check so the final configuration reflects the complete stack.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
