Custom silicone rubber numeric keypads should follow the number layout and contact arrangement of the designated device. The visible key grouping and any covering profile need to allow clear access to each digit without crowding correction, confirmation or other nearby functions.
Develop the dimensions and molded geometry using the actual panel. Check the finished interface at the normal viewing angle and with the enclosure fully assembled. The available space around each moving key can differ from the spacing visible in a flat layout.
Evaluate realistic number-entry sequences, including movement between adjacent digits and the controls used to correct an entry. Look for rubbing, incomplete return or unintended neighboring inputs. The rubber component must be assessed with the selected switching system rather than assigned electrical characteristics on its own. During replacement, preserve the designated numeric layout and underside geometry together so the visible positions continue to correspond to the contacts and functions of the device.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
