Custom colored key buttons can follow a special-shaped control layout while helping the user distinguish functions. The molded outlines may differ within the group, so color should work with those shapes rather than be the only clue to a command. Each key still needs a matching enclosure opening and an aligned internal pressing point.
Review the arrangement from the user's normal viewing and hand position. A narrow or angled key may have less usable pressing area than its total outline suggests. Keep the intended target clear of neighboring controls and ensure that the key can return without catching. An asymmetric shape should also have a definite installation orientation.
Material and dimensions can be tailored to the device. During assembly, compare the shape of each key with its intended position instead of placing it solely by color. The sheet or individual part should sit naturally on its supports. Check the complete group after fastening, including edge presses on unusual shapes that may move differently from a conventional round or square button.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
