Electronic component keypads sit between the user's hand, the enclosure and the switching hardware. A custom elastic silicone part needs to fit all of those interfaces at once. Its top outline determines what the user can press, its locating region relates to the housing, and its underside must suit the electronic assembly.
Develop those relationships from common reference positions. Moving a board mounting point without reviewing the keypad can change alignment even though the visible button openings remain unchanged. Likewise, increasing the housing wall thickness may reduce movement clearance beneath a key. Check the complete assembly after such revisions rather than approving the molded part by itself.
ETOL lists custom dimensions, multiple colors and engraved or embossed logo options. These choices can support the product's interface once the functional geometry is established. Assemble a representative unit and inspect each key at rest before operating it. Uneven projection above the front panel can reveal a seating problem, while interference during a press may indicate insufficient room below. Keep the rubber's position consistent when comparing different prototypes.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
