Match the attachment and installation method
A custom silicone rubber sealing ring should be measured and fitted in its relaxed condition. Stretching a removed ring flat can alter the apparent outline, particularly if service compression or handling has already changed its shape.
ETOL supports custom dimensions, colors and material selections. Compare the intended seat with the ring's original profile requirements, including its section and assembled space. Choose the compound for the actual medium, temperature and cleaning exposure.
Place the ring into a clean seat without pulling one portion to make the rest align. Inspect the complete contact path before closing the joint by its specified method. Evaluate the assembled function under the required conditions. During maintenance, look for cuts and permanent distortion rather than using the removed ring as the only dimensional reference for a replacement. If the mating hardware is changed, review the new seat directly. A ring that still appears to surround the opening may not provide the intended contact if the available compression or locating detail has changed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
