Conductive silicone keypads need their underside contacts to follow the same layout as the numeric circuit pattern. The locating arrangement should maintain that registration across the sheet, including keys far from the main locating points. Small shifts can affect an outer key differently from one near the center.
Coordinate board mounts, enclosure openings and the molded web when defining the assembly. The sheet should sit without being stretched between supports, and the contacts should remain clear at rest until a key is pressed. The finished geometry needs evaluation with the actual circuit rather than an assumed contact resistance or actuation value.
During assembly checks, operate keys at different positions in the numeric layout instead of relying on one central button as representative. After servicing, inspect both the board seating and the rubber before closing the housing. A contact problem appearing only along one edge can indicate registration or clamping that needs correction, even when the rest of the keypad continues to operate normally.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
