An anti-slip silicone cap fits over a matching component to give its exposed end a rubber contact surface. The cap needs to stay on the component as well as grip the surface it touches. A loose internal fit can allow movement even when the outside feels suitably grippy.
Measure the end profile and the length available for engagement. Check that the cap reaches its seat without stretching around a sharp edge. Custom size, color and hardness options allow the part to be matched to the surrounding design rather than chosen only by its outer diameter.
Try the fitted cap against the intended contact surface using the normal handling motion. Look for the cover rotating or rolling at its edge, and keep dust and oily residue away from the contact area. If it is removed for cleaning, inspect the cavity before refitting. Replace a cap that has split or become permanently loose; pressing it farther onto the component will not necessarily restore its original retention.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
