A silicone computer keypad places flexible controls over a matching electronic input arrangement. Conductive features, where included in the selected design, need to register with the circuit while the visible keys remain accessible through the enclosure. The keypad does not independently define a capacitive or other sensing system.
For dust-related requirements, evaluate the complete housing, key openings and perimeter contacts. The silicone sheet alone does not establish a dustproof enclosure. Its locating and clamping features should hold the part without restricting the movement needed for each key to return.
Check operation with the computer control assembled, especially after the housing has been opened. Keep the underside contact areas clean and avoid pushing loose debris through the openings during cleaning. If a key becomes intermittent, inspect board alignment and sheet seating as well as the contact surface. Restoring the intended mechanical relationship is necessary before assessing whether the rubber or conductive feature itself has deteriorated.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
