Colored elastic buttons can organize a custom silicone keypad into recognizable functions or groups. The molded size and shape can follow the housing, with printed, embossed, or recessed identification added where appropriate. Color should support the operating layout while each button remains mechanically suited to its switch position.
Consider the spaces between buttons as part of the design. Closely packed faces can be difficult to clean and may catch each other during an angled press. The common base should remain supported so that operating one key does not displace the surrounding mat.
For a control intended to limit dust entry, develop the retained perimeter alongside the enclosure. The completed product's protection depends on that interface and its other openings. Evaluate normal key travel and return after the housing is assembled. During installation, keep the rubber seated at its locating points and avoid trapping its edge along the case seam. Clean the exposed control surface using the device's intended method, including around identifying details where handling residue can remain.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
