An Elastic Silicone Keypad uses flexible molded regions to let a key move and return. The assembled profile should recover after the normal range of finger positions, including a press that lands near the edge rather than precisely in the center.
ETOL can customize dimensions, hardness, color and molded details. Choose the geometry around the panel opening and underlying actuation point. Softness alone should not define the response, since web shape, support and available travel also affect movement.
Fit the keypad without stretching its connecting sections. With the housing closed, check center and edge presses and observe the key during slow release. It should not remain caught beneath a panel lip or held down by an internal obstruction. Evaluate response with the intended electronics. During maintenance, inspect the flexible junctions for tears or permanent distortion and keep the underside clean. If recovery changes after reassembly, correct the locating fit or internal clearance rather than pulling the key outward repeatedly to restore its resting position.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
