Custom molded rubber tips provide a contact piece at the end of a chair leg. Their shape should coordinate the internal attachment with the external floor contact area. Both determine the installed position, so the visible bottom face alone is not enough information to choose a replacement.
Review the leg profile and the direction in which it meets the floor. An angled leg may need a contact arrangement that differs from a vertical one. The rubber tip should seat fully and meet the surface on its intended working area rather than a narrow edge. Assess the whole chair for stable contact after fitting the complete set.
Material, size, and color can be customized around the product. During care, clean the lower face and inspect for uneven wear or splitting near the leg end. If the tip has been partly worn through, examine the underlying leg for damage before fitting another. The correct replacement should restore the intended contact geometry without relying on extra material at one corner.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
