FKM rubber feet are listed here as customizable tapered feet, with versions developed for the intended ladder support. The taper should be considered in relation to the leg and its working angle. A base that appears broad when loose may contact the ground on only one edge when fitted to an incompatible support.
FKM, silicone and EPDM are among the alternative compounds available for these customized feet. Specify the actual material together with the dimensions; the mixed material names do not describe a single compound with all of their properties. For a ladder application, the foot must be compatible with the complete ladder design rather than selected as a general furniture cap.
Check the receiving profile and any intended retention features before fitting. The leg should seat without cutting into the rubber or leaving the tapered base tilted in the wrong direction. No load capacity or slip-test result is defined for this entry.
Inspect the base for uneven wear and lodged particles during routine equipment checks. Replace a damaged foot with the specified matching version rather than trimming the taper to make it sit flat.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
