Rubber buttons used in a warm control housing should be evaluated after the assembly reaches its normal operating condition. The silicone geometry, surrounding opening and underlying actuator all influence return after release. A button that moves freely in an unheated sample may have different clearances once the housing and internal components are warm.
Custom molded dimensions and colors allow the keypad to fit the control layout. Select the compound using the temperature at the button position and the duration of exposure, including any cleaning chemicals used on the surface. The relevant conditions should be assessed on the complete control assembly.
Check repeated presses at the center and near the edges, then observe whether the button returns without rubbing against the cover. Include cooling and restarting where those are part of normal equipment use. A persistent lean or crease can point to uneven clamping or insufficient clearance. Keep the openings free of residue during maintenance, and inspect the keypad's locating areas if several neighboring buttons begin to respond differently at the same time.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
