A mechanical push button made from silicone rubber provides one flexible control surface within a matching assembly. Custom size, color and hardness options allow the button to suit the housing and desired feel. The molded key must remain properly supported when pressed away from its center.
Check the clearance around the visible face and the alignment with the mechanism beneath it. An off-center press can tilt the key, bringing one wall closer to the panel opening. The rubber should still return naturally without a rim dragging against the enclosure.
Custom engraved or embossed identification should fit the key face without creating an awkward pressure point. Evaluate the button after the housing is secured, since the retained perimeter can be compressed differently than on a loose sample. During assembly, keep the locating region seated and the underside clear of debris. If response changes after maintenance, restore the intended support and orientation before modifying the molded part. A single key can look symmetrical externally while its underside determines how it must sit against the internal mechanism.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
