Viton suction cups provide a custom molded contact option for a vacuum arrangement where the compound must suit the operating environment. The cup shape still needs to match the workpiece surface and the mounting connection. Material selection and contact geometry are separate requirements that need to be resolved together.
Silicone and Viton-type fluorocarbon compounds are different choices. Select the exact compound for the temperature, substances, and surface contact involved rather than treating either name as a universal performance specification. The lip must be able to meet the intended pickup area without crossing a seam or unsupported gap.
Check the complete system under its actual vacuum, load, orientation, and movement conditions. A flexible feel or a strong-suction description does not establish a lifting capacity. Keep the lip clean and inspect it for cuts or permanent deformation. When changing the handled material or its surface treatment, reassess the cup contact and compatibility. Replace worn parts with the required profile and selected compound so the gripping arrangement remains consistent with the intended design.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
