Match the attachment and installation method
Silicone rubber foot protectors can be custom molded for the ends or bases of supported equipment. The profile needs to match the attachment point and the surface beneath it. Where warmth is part of the environment, the selected silicone formulation should suit the actual contact temperature and operating cycle.
Consider both the supporting component and the surface below. Heat may reach the foot through the equipment rather than through the surrounding air, and it can remain after operation has stopped. The material choice should be paired with the required load support and installed geometry.
Fit the protector so that its base contacts the intended surface evenly. A cap or retained foot that stops short can place load on an unintended edge. Keep all relevant support heights compatible, then assess the assembly for stable seating. During maintenance, remove grit from the underside and inspect the attachment area for cuts or permanent deformation. Replace damaged protectors with the matching material and shape rather than selecting only by color or outside diameter.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
