Furniture rubber feet can be developed as replacement or custom contact components for an existing furniture design. A reliable starting point is the mating furniture part, because an old foot may have worn, stretched or changed shape during service. Copying the dimensions of that worn sample alone can carry its deformation into a new part that no longer fits as intended.
Record the leg or mounting feature before removing the original reference from the project. Measure the locating surfaces, available insertion depth and the height required between the furniture and floor. Photograph the fitted position and identify which surfaces retain the foot. If several versions have been used on the same furniture model, keep them labeled so a visual comparison does not mix different interfaces.
ETOL can review custom structure, dimensions, color, hardness and material using the sample together with a drawing. Explain what needs to be retained from the original and what problem the new version is intended to address. A request to improve fit, appearance or contact behavior is more useful when accompanied by observations from the assembled furniture. The proposed change should still be checked against the full set of supports and the intended flooring.
Trial furniture rubber feet on representative production legs and confirm their installed height before replacing a complete set. Check for rocking, incomplete seating or a base that contacts only at one side. Clean the mounting area and floor-facing surface during installation, and inspect retention after normal furniture movement. Keep an unworn approved sample as the reference for future purchases, along with the finalized drawing and compound specification. This separates the intended dimensions from later service wear and makes repeat orders easier to compare. Include the original sample's condition in the inquiry so any wear is understood rather than interpreted as a deliberate design feature.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A request to improve fit, appearance or contact behavior is more useful when accompanied by observations from the assembled furniture. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
