Selected for the contact, temperature and movement
Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
A custom (BIIR) rubber stopper can be made in different sizes for distinct closure openings. Each version should be developed from the receiving geometry rather than enlarged or reduced only at the visible head. The insertion length, stopping surface, and handling access may need to change independently across the range.
Identify the working contact region for each opening. A deeper receiving part may require a different body profile, while a compact location may limit the head size even when its opening is larger. Assess the stopper at its final seated position with any surrounding retention features in place. The intended fit should be recognizable during repeated assembly.
Select the BIIR formulation for the actual medium and processing conditions associated with each version. Keep the variants organized so that a similar appearance does not lead to a neighboring size being forced into the wrong opening. Before fitting, inspect the contact surface and remove trapped particles. Replacement should maintain the complete size and material assignment, including body details that disappear from view once the stopper is installed.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The insertion length, stopping surface, and handling access may need to change independently across the range. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
