A black silicone rubber long pipe plug reaches farther into an opening than a shallow closure. That additional body length makes the space behind the opening important: an internal shoulder or narrowing can stop the plug before its intended sealing region is seated.
ETOL customizes dimensions, material, hardness and color. Check internal depth and opening size, defining both the contact region and exposed removal area.
Keep the body aligned while inserting it. A long flexible section can bend inside the pipe even when the visible head seems square. Stop if insertion changes unexpectedly and inspect the mating geometry instead of forcing the plug deeper. For any required closure duty, evaluate the complete fit under the specified conditions. During removal, pull through the intended handling area without levering a sharp tool against the pipe edge. Inspect the hidden length for scoring before reuse, especially if the pipe contains a joint or change in section.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. Stop if insertion changes unexpectedly and inspect the mating geometry instead of forcing the plug deeper. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
