Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
An EPDM rubber bumper should be selected for the industrial assembly's contact pattern and environmental exposure. Custom molded dimensions can follow the working face and attachment. The chosen formulation needs to suit the actual temperature and substances encountered during operation and maintenance.
Identify when the bumper carries force and how the neighboring component approaches it. A continuously loaded region and an intermittent stop can require different geometry. The rubber should remain supported and clear of unrelated hardware through its intended action.
Install through the equipment's specified arrangement and evaluate the complete mechanism under normal conditions. A loose molded part does not establish a particular shock or vibration response. During care, inspect wear patterns and the connection for damage or movement. Replace with the required compound and profile rather than selecting solely by footprint. Check the mating contact position where repeated uneven wear appears so that the original operating relationship is restored along with the rubber component.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The rubber should remain supported and clear of unrelated hardware through its intended action. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a connection type, then compare body dimensions and metric threads. D, H and L are in millimeters; H excludes projecting studs. The M designation identifies the metric thread.
