Product Overview

EPDM rubber vibration mounts with an M6 screw provide a custom compliant connection using a nominal M6 fastening interface. The receiving structure needs the matching thread and enough usable engagement for the chosen arrangement. The rubber body must then suit the installed space and support requirement.

Review the metal connection before assessing the mount's flexible behavior. Bracket thickness and additional hardware can change the available screw length. The intended seating surfaces should meet without the thread bottoming out first. Tightening should leave the rubber naturally aligned rather than wound into a twist.

EPDM selection should be based on the actual mounting environment, including local fluid contact and cleaning exposure. The M6 designation does not establish the rubber mount's load limit. Evaluate the assembly with its intended weight and connections fitted. During service, inspect the fastening condition and the material near it. A loose connection can change the supported position and should be addressed before assuming that the rubber compound is the cause of altered movement.

Material options
EPDM compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. A loose connection can change the supported position and should be addressed before assuming that the rubber compound is the cause of altered movement.
Custom geometry
Bracket thickness and additional hardware can change the available screw length.
Fit evaluation
Evaluate the assembly with its intended weight and connections fitted.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; part identification clear of mounting seats and loaded faces.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
