A micro usb dust cover should fit the device's actual recess while leaving an accessible area for removal. The connector opening and surrounding enclosure may not sit at the same depth, so the cap geometry needs to account for both. Its insertion feature should not press against delicate internal connector elements.
Custom dimensions, material, hardness and color can match the product. Check orientation before insertion and evaluate the cover with representative housing and connector positions. A small offset can make the visible face sit unevenly.
Keep lint and particles out of the recess before closing it. Pressing a cap onto debris may carry it deeper into the port. Evaluate the finished device for the intended dust protection and handling. During repeated access, inspect the narrow body and gripping region for tears. If removal requires a sharp object beside the connector, review the exposed profile and recess access rather than treating that method as normal. The intended cable should remain free to connect fully when the cover is removed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
