Custom rubber mounts and damper components with an SS screw need the stainless steel connection and rubber body developed as one mounting arrangement. The thread, engagement length, and surrounding clearance establish the mechanical fit. The rubber dimensions and compound should suit the load and movement at the support.
Start with the complete equipment layout. The number and position of mounts determine how weight and operating forces are shared. Nearby cables, pipes, or brackets can also affect movement if they create a rigid connection across the flexible support.
Choose the material for the actual temperature and substances, and establish the permitted movement through the equipment design. A stainless screw does not by itself define the mount's load capacity or vibration performance. Evaluate the assembly under its intended operating conditions.
During fitting, use the specified hardware method without twisting the rubber body to drive the screw. Check clearance through the allowed movement and inspect the connection after installation. Routine care should include the screw engagement and flexible region, looking for loosening, cracks, or persistent displacement. Replace with the required thread and molded geometry so that the original support relationship is retained.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The thread, engagement length, and surrounding clearance establish the mechanical fit. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a connection type, then compare body dimensions and metric threads. D, H and L are in millimeters; H excludes projecting studs. The M designation identifies the metric thread.
157 sizes with a male stud at each end. Compare body diameter D, body height H, thread size and projecting stud length L.
