A rubber sink stopper closes a drain opening by seating against the receiving surface. The molded dimensions can be customized for the drain, with the contact profile and the accessible top selected together. The part needs to fit the actual opening rather than simply cover an area of similar width.
Check the shape of the drain seat and the depth available beneath it. A stopper that contacts only a narrow edge may sit differently from one supported across its intended sealing surface. Keep the seat free of debris so the rubber can meet it evenly, and leave the top accessible for removal.
Bottle-cap applications require a different fit and material selection from a sink closure. A wine bottle neck should be matched by its own inside or outside geometry, depending on the intended cap design, with the compound suitable for beverage contact. Do not transfer a used sink stopper into that role. Clean the closure according to its intended application and inspect the contact surface for cuts or distortion before reuse.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
