Stoppers for bottles can be custom molded to match a particular neck opening. A plug-style body seats inside the neck, while a cap-style profile covers an outer feature. The intended contact surface should be chosen before dimensions are set, because the two arrangements rely on different parts of the bottle.
Check the neck profile, usable depth, and any rim that retains the closure. Bottle volume and general appearance do not identify these details. The selected silicone compound must suit the contents and cleaning routine wherever contact occurs, together with the expected storage and handling conditions.
Fit the closure onto a clean neck and inspect its seating without forcing it beyond the intended position. Leave the required access for removal, especially where the bottle shape limits finger clearance. A fitted rubber closure does not automatically establish suitability for pressure, heating, or every transport orientation. Inspect the seating surface before reuse and replace a torn or distorted part with the matching profile rather than accepting an approximate fit.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
