A rubber button keypad should sit in its enclosure without holding the switching components partly depressed before use. The relationship between the board, molded underside, and panel determines that resting condition. A custom silicone profile needs enough support to remain located while preserving the movement intended for each key.
Compare the assembled height with the spaces available around the button and its supporting sheet. A housing feature pressing on the wrong area can change the resting shape when fasteners are tightened. The visible cap may still look correctly positioned, making a functional check more useful than appearance alone.
Operate every control after the housing reaches its normal closed condition. Check for activation without a deliberate press, slow release, and a change in feel as adjacent buttons are used. If behavior differs from the loose assembly, inspect restraint and clearance before altering the switching electronics. During reassembly, ensure that no edge is folded under a locating feature or trapped across a support, since that small change can affect the working height of nearby controls.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
