Custom conductive silicone rubber keypads combine flexible key motion with electrical contact areas arranged for the product's circuit. The molded sheet, individual buttons, and supporting enclosure should locate those contacts consistently. Size, color, and geometry can be adapted to the required control layout.
Consider what happens when a key is pressed away from its center. The button may tilt, and its underside must still move within the range intended by the contact design. The surrounding rubber should support that motion without pulling another key or shifting the sheet. Assess the completed keypad assembly across the accessible pressing areas, including keys near the perimeter.
Material selection should reflect the environment in which the controls are used and cleaned. Conductive contact behavior belongs to the specified formulation or contact construction and its interface with the circuit. Keep those areas free from residue during assembly, and avoid stretching the keypad to correct a housing mismatch. After securing the enclosure, check that each key returns freely and that the visible layout remains aligned with the intended electrical positions.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
