Individual silicone rubber keypads can be developed for designated control positions within an equipment panel. Each component needs a locating arrangement that keeps its operating surface aligned with the underlying contact while allowing the required movement and return.
Customize the geometry, material and color around the actual enclosure and switch layout. Where several individual parts are assembled into one panel, define their orientation and identification so a similar-looking control is not placed in the wrong location. The finished interface should be evaluated as a group as well as by individual key.
Check operation after the enclosure is secured, including access beside neighboring controls and presses near the intended operating edges. Electrical response depends on the chosen contact arrangement together with the rubber geometry. During servicing, inspect the mating opening and contact side before replacement. Keep each spare matched to its designated underside and locating features rather than assuming all individual keys with the same outer size will fit and operate identically.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
