A rubber silicone washer can be custom sized to the mating opening and supported contact area. Where several ring sizes are used in one product, the inside dimension, outside boundary, and thickness should remain clearly distinguished. Similar overall appearance is not enough to establish interchangeability.
Compare the functional dimensions with the actual seat. A slightly larger center opening may leave less useful contact width, while a thicker section can change the final closing position. An O-ring and a flat washer also require different section references even if their outside diameters appear similar.
Select the material for the contents and temperature before installation. Keep size variants separated while servicing an assembly, and position each ring without stretching it to reach its locating feature. Check that it remains flat or correctly seated before the mating part closes. During replacement, use the required original geometry rather than copying a worn component whose section has changed. Store spare rings away from heavy objects that could leave lasting deformation before they are used.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
