Industrial rubber hole plugs close openings in equipment panels or components where a passage is not required during normal use. A custom NBR version can be shaped around the hole and the access available for installation. The visible head, retaining section, and insertion depth should be considered together so that correct seating can be recognized.
A wide head may hide the hole edge, but it should not make a partly inserted plug look complete. Establish a clear final position against the surrounding surface, then inspect the retaining area wherever access permits. On a thin panel, excessive force can bend the panel before the plug reaches its seat. On a deeper opening, check that an internal obstruction is not stopping insertion prematurely.
Keep machining residue and sharp edges away from the rubber during fitting. The selected NBR compound should suit the actual substances and temperature at the hole, including maintenance exposure. When reopening a service hole, use the designed gripping surface and inspect the plug before reuse. Damage beneath the head can be difficult to see after the closure has been pushed back into place.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
