Custom silicone push buttons provide flexible input surfaces within an industrial equipment panel. The molded shape should fit the available openings while leaving the operator a usable pressing area. The surrounding panel structure is part of that fit, particularly where ribs, raised borders, or nearby controls affect access.
Review the button from the approach used on the installed equipment. A control can be reached differently on a vertical panel than on a horizontal one. Its key top should remain accessible without the finger pushing against a neighboring feature. The hidden support needs to guide the intended movement and permit full return after release.
Shape, size, and color can be customized for the application. Choose the compound around the actual contact and cleaning environment rather than a generic industrial label. During assembly, confirm that the button is not trapped beneath a panel edge. Check its movement after securing the housing, and inspect the perimeter for deposits if operation later becomes restricted or inconsistent.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
