Keypad carbon pills provide conductive contact elements within a custom silicone button arrangement. Their position and dimensions should correspond to the circuit pattern and the movement of each molded key. The complete keypad, housing, and board support establish the working contact relationship.
Check the gap beneath relaxed keys and the travel available during a press. A pill positioned off-center or held too close to the circuit can change operation even when the visible button appears correctly placed. The surrounding membrane needs support without being trapped in the moving path.
Keep contact surfaces free of dust and oily fingerprints during assembly. Fit the keypad in its intended orientation, then test every key with the case fasteners secured. Include release and adjacent-key behavior as well as successful input. Markings can be printed, raised, recessed, or color-filled to identify functions within the visible face area. Electrical resistance and operating life belong to the finished keypad and circuit design and should not be inferred solely from the presence of carbon contacts.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
