Match the attachment and installation method
Custom silicone switch buttons provide flexible pressing surfaces for a defined control assembly. Their exposed height should suit the surrounding panel and the user's access, while the hidden portion must match the chosen switching mechanism. The useful design is established in the installed position rather than by the loose button shape alone.
Review how much of each key remains above the enclosure once the internal parts are secured. A shallow key may be difficult to reach beside a raised bezel, while excessive projection can invite unintended presses during handling. The side clearance must allow the button to move without scraping the opening throughout its travel.
Size, shape, and color are customizable. Material choice should follow the actual conditions around the control. During assembly, confirm that the support beneath the button remains aligned and does not hold it partly depressed. If the key catches after the housing is tightened, inspect the panel fit and resting gap rather than altering its travel by applying more finger force.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
