A custom silicone mechanical push button converts a finger movement into motion at the underlying actuation point. The available travel should fit the panel and supporting mechanism so the key is neither held down at rest nor stopped before it can perform its intended input.
Compare the button's resting height with the inside of the finished housing. Include the position of the underlying switch or contact and any locating feature that controls lateral movement. The silicone part should sit naturally without a web stretched around another component.
Check the assembled button from the normal user direction and from slightly off center. It should move without scraping the panel edge and return when pressure is released. Evaluate the completed control's response with its actual electronics or mechanism. During service, keep debris out of the moving clearance and inspect the flexible junction for tears. If closure changes the button feel, revisit the internal spacing rather than forcing the button repeatedly until a trapped section appears to free itself.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
