A mechanical silicone keypad translates a finger press into movement at the switching interface inside a remote or electronic control. The molded rubber gives the keys their shape and flexibility; the contact arrangement beneath them determines how that movement becomes an input. Conductive and non-conductive constructions can be considered for different electronic designs.
For a compact remote, the useful operating travel must fit within the housing. A key should move far enough to actuate its intended contact without being held down by the front panel at rest. Compare the assembled response when pressing the middle of the key and when touching its edge, where the direction of force changes.
Key dimensions, color, hardness and legends can be customized by ETOL. Choose these details together: a taller key top or altered outline may change the way the rubber flexes even when the material stays the same.
Before closing the remote, check that the keypad lies naturally in its locating features. After closure, release each key slowly as well as quickly to identify sticking. Keep the underside clear of dust during servicing and replace a torn web instead of trying to correct its response by tightening the enclosure.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
