A round numerical keypad should place its number controls clearly within the available circular layout. Custom silicone rubber molding allows the face arrangement, base outline, and identifying details to follow the device. The usable button areas need to remain distinct near the outer curve as well as at the center.
Check common entry sequences and the user's approach to each position. A control near the curved perimeter may have less surrounding space than one inside the layout. Its housing opening and supporting rubber should still allow the intended travel without catching adjacent faces.
Evaluate the keypad in the assembled device rather than from the flat layout alone. Printed, raised, or recessed identification should remain readable at the normal viewing angle. During fitting, keep the circular base located without stretching it around supports and inspect for a trapped edge. Clean through the finished product's intended method. If the enclosure is reopened, restore the original orientation before checking the complete number sequence and key return.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
