Product Overview

Natural rubber handles provide a molded gripping surface for a matching tool or fitness component. EPDM can be considered as an alternative compound where appropriate to the application. The material choice should be made with the intended exposure and hand-contact conditions, while the dimensions follow the core beneath the grip.

Compare candidate versions on that core rather than only squeezing loose samples. Wall thickness, internal engagement and surface shape all affect the feel after fitting. Hardness options from 30 to 90 Shore A, multiple colors and custom markings allow the handle to be developed around those requirements.

Check whether the grip stays located through the expected pulling and twisting movements. The ends should remain clear of adjacent moving parts, and raised logos should not create uncomfortable pressure points. Choose a cleaning method suited to the finished formulation. During maintenance, inspect for a loosened cavity or a split rim before judging surface wear alone. A material change should be assessed on the assembled handle, even when the replacement has the same color and outline as the original part.

Material options
Custom EPDM or natural rubber formulation; tailor the geometry and color to the required interface and exposure.
Hardness range
30–90 Shore A for rubber. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: The ends should remain clear of adjacent moving parts, and raised logos should not create uncomfortable pressure points.
Custom profile & fit
Wall thickness, internal engagement and surface shape all affect the feel after fitting.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
