A non slip silicone rubber pad should be sized around the actual contact area of the supported item. A pad that extends far beyond the base can collect debris or catch during movement, while one that is too small may leave a rigid edge touching the surface. Thickness also affects the installed height and stability.
Custom dimensions, material, hardness and color allow the pad to follow the product. Evaluate it on the intended surface under the normal direction of force. Surface finish, dust and cleaning residue all influence friction, so the completed arrangement should be assessed rather than assuming one result for every floor or tabletop.
Check that the item rests evenly and does not rock because the pad is compressed differently across its area. Keep both contact faces clean before placement. During maintenance, inspect for embedded particles, a curled edge or permanent deformation. If the item is frequently repositioned, review how that movement affects the pad's location. A pad that migrates needs its fit or attachment arrangement addressed before continued use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
