A silicone back pad provides a custom rubber layer shaped for the assembly in which it is used. The round profile and thickness should match the supported area and available space. In a heating-related arrangement, the pad's material and mechanical role need to be defined separately from the heating system itself.
Check whether the rubber serves as a backing, contact layer, or other specified component. A molded silicone pad does not automatically include a heater, controller, electrical insulation rating, or therapeutic function. The selected compound must suit the actual temperature and contacted substances at its position within the complete design.
The pad should be supported evenly without folding or being squeezed past an edge. Fit it onto clean surfaces using the intended retention method and inspect the assembled spacing. Any electrical, thermal, or user-contact requirements belong to the complete product and must be established for that construction. During service, look for tears or permanent deformation and replace the pad with the matching dimensions so the original support and clearance remain unchanged.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
