Silicone rubber handle grips can be customized to cover the intended hand position while leaving the rest of the handle exposed. The transition at each end influences how the user moves onto and off the covered area. A thick edge placed where the palm slides can be distracting even when the central grip feels comfortable.
Map the hand positions used during the complete task. Some handles are held in one fixed position; others are grasped at different points as the product is carried or operated. The covered length should suit those movements without blocking nearby controls or reducing the opening available to the fingers. Assess the installed outside shape as well as the dimensions of the handle underneath.
Material, size, and color are available for customization. Keep the ends seated and remove deposits from the gripping surface according to the finished product's care method. If the cover is removable, inspect its inner face before refitting it. Trapped debris and a rolled edge can change the feel of the grip and prevent it from sitting evenly.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. Handle-grip coverage needs to follow the hand's movement without obstructing nearby controls or reducing finger clearance. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
