Custom rubber single buttons can be molded in silicone for a control position that needs an individual component. The button's exterior, hidden actuator region and locating features should suit the enclosure and switch beneath it. Develop these parts together so the button remains positioned while its active section can move.
Check how the component is retained before the device is closed. A separate button can rotate or shift if its support does not locate it appropriately. The visible top should still align with the intended pressing direction once the housing and board are secured.
Select the finished material for the handling and environmental conditions. Trial central and off-center presses, checking that the top does not catch against the panel opening. During servicing, keep small buttons associated with their correct locations where several profiles are used. Clean residue from the seat before refitting and inspect for a damaged flexible section. A visually similar replacement may differ in hidden height or actuation geometry, so match those features as well as its exposed size.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
