This PVC plastic rubber sleeve listing covers a customizable cable-entry component for protecting wiring at a cutout. The flexible passage cushions the jacket, while its mounting profile locates it in the surrounding opening. The material naming should be resolved into the particular construction selected for the finished part.
Dimensions, hardness, color and structure can be adapted. When comparing alternatives, evaluate how the chosen material behaves in the assembly rather than relying only on a similar appearance. The effort needed to insert a flange and the way a sleeve returns after bending can both affect installation.
Check the complete cable diameter, including its outer covering, against the sleeve bore. A close passage should not scrape or bunch that covering as the cable is fed through. Leave enough exposed sleeve length to protect the transition without trapping it under a nearby fastener.
During replacement, inspect the old sleeve for permanent flattening or cracks at its mounting section. Reusing a visibly deformed part can leave portions of the cut edge uncovered. Fit the new component progressively and confirm that the retained section remains seated after the cable is secured.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The flexible passage cushions the jacket, while its mounting profile locates it in the surrounding opening. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
