A printed silicone rubber button combines a visible control legend with a flexible key and conductive switching interface. The custom layout should connect those features accurately: the marked command must correspond to the contact beneath the key and the function assigned by the circuit. The complete enclosure determines where the button sits and how much of its surface remains visible.
Keep the printed legend within the usable exposed area. Small symbols need enough separation to remain recognizable at the final size, and contrast should be assessed against the chosen silicone color. Review the button from the normal operating angle rather than only from directly above a loose keypad.
The key must also travel freely over its intended contact. Check the assembled resting gap and return after the housing is secured. Presses near the edge can reveal a tilt or obstruction not apparent in a central press. Protect the conductive surface from contamination during fitting and clean the marked face without abrasive scraping. Electrical behavior is established by the keypad and matching circuit together.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
